Commission T.O.S

Last updated on August 15th, 2026Commission turn around time can take between a week to four months depending on the amount of commissions I have and/or personal life. Clients are free to ask for updates at any time and I will always keep in touch during the commission process.I will ask if you want to pay after or before sketch is sent, approved, and completed. Payment is expected at the latest within 48hrs after finalizing sketch.Commission work in progresses will be sent with a heavy watermark. This will be removed after commission is completed.I will not work on characters who do not have a visual reference so please be sure to provide any references if said character is an original character.I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without question.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibted.Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for AI. This includes but is not limited to: Training AI models on said artwork, editing any part of said artwork with AI, using in any text based AI model (ex. Character.AI, Chai, etc.)Clients may use the commissioned work for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, avatars/profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, thumbnails with credit given.The client may print out a commissioned piece from me for private use and display if not purchasing commercial rights [See copyright section below] Do not redistribute for profit if commercial rights have not been bought.When commission is completed and received the client is automatically permitted to repost it on social media, character storage sites, or private chat rooms (discord, telegram etc.) As long as credit is given to me anytime it is posted.Commissions will be added to my Trello and the client will be updated with a sketch before moving on to make sure it’s to their preference.If there are more than five significant changes asked to be made after finalizing the lineart I will charge a $5 fee. This only includes large changes such as a complete pose redraw after lineart is already finished.By default I reserve the right to display the commissioned piece on my social media accounts, and/or my portfolio. If the character is an original character, you will be credited accordingly. If you'd rather stay anonymous as credit please let me know beforehand.Clients may ask for any updates or details about their commission at any time but please be cordial and do not ask me multiple times a day.I do not condone public blacklists for myself. Agreeing to this TOS means the client understands that breaking this T.O.S may result in a ban from future commissions and a block on any socials.

RefundsFull refunds are permitted up until I finish lineart. Please understand that due to personal finances it may take up to two weeks to receive said refund in full.If using PayPal and I am unfairly charged back without any proper warning or communication you will be privately blacklisted and I reserve the right to reuse whatever work I had finished up to that point in personal work. I will never reuse a finished sketch/pose for another client.If I feel as if I can not complete your commission for any reason I will issue a full refund.

Copyright and commercial rightsCommercial rights to the commission does not permit you to using my work for any form of AI, NFTs or bigoted ideology (ex. Homophobia, hate speech, sexism, racism, hate crimes)I do not offer buyouts which means I still automatically own the copyright to my art even if commercial rights are bought. However as long as the above term is not broken commercial rights allow you to use said work for any profit making means.If any part of commissioned artwork is displayed by the client for any profit making means, (ex. book covers, video game assets, thumbnails, merchandise, advertising) buying the commercial rights exclusively to said piece is at the bare minimum $150. This price may increase depending on commission size. Once commercial rights are bought there is no deadline to duration of use.
